My name is Candice Petrovic, I am a Registered Practical Nurse and Advanced Cosmetic Injector.
I have always been drawn to the field of nursing. My work as a clinical administrative assistant for the Chief of Surgery at McMaster Hospital inspired me to take the next step and pursue a career in nursing.
I began my nursing career in the field of gerontology, working with patients in the long term care setting and caring primarily for patients with late stages of Alzheimer’s. I then moved into the field of preventative medicine and specialized in health teaching and disease management.
These clinical areas sparked my interest in the study of aging and I decided to pursue a career in aesthetic nursing.
I embarked on a 1:1 training/mentorship over a period of several months with nurse/owner of Academy by Solange. I also studied advanced training and lip beauty master certification with Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine.
I completed my advanced training in neurotoxin, HA dermal fillers, Skin Boosters, Microneedling & Mesotherapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Biostimulator (Sculptra), IV Therapy & Vitamin Booster, Belkyra & PCDC.
